HEWLETT-PACKARD LEADS THE SERVER BLADE X86 MARKETS IN ASIA PASIFIC

Blaze Hewlett-Packard (HP) make sure the competitive position in the x86 blade server vendor. For the second quarter of 2008, they again reach the top position.

Results are based on the assessment industry analyst company IDC. Raised with this, HP’s claim for six successive quarter – since the second quarter of 2007 – the lead in unit shipments x86 blade servers.

Meanwhile, the global reach of the HP factory and unit shipments of 50.1 percent of the total blade server market worth U.S. $ 1.2 billion.
