I was in this Garmin Amazon sent me 2 of these products is very disappointed, and both were defective. …. I have used several Garmin products, and all were superior to the competition, however, the nüvi 780 was very disappointing experience and caused me many problems that I have not been resolved at this point Rating: 1 / 5

I returned the item because it was defective and would not turn on. All return postage was paid and it was done efficiently. I bought a unit at a retail store.
