I bought this sight unseen based on a cute David pogue NYT video. Over half the time when you turn it on it will not record. Instructions are minimal. trying to down load images onto my Mac leopard was also no breeze . so, contrary to David pogue, you get what you pay for on the cheap Next to nothing!

I bought the tripod but it is completely useless because I didn’t buy the Ultra. They should make this clear. I had to destroy the packaging and didn’t feel I could return it.

Retailer charged $15 to ship a $5 product. The product showed up late, and then blemed Amazon. AVOID this retailer.

nothing more can be said it is flimsy it looks like a toy we didn’t even attempt to use it. it’s does not hold firm the way a tripod should my fault for not looking at wht it was made of i would have never thought a rubbery material

I was excited to get the tripod only to find that I had not purchased the ULTRA series Flip. The ULTRA has the place for the tripod. My model did not have the place to mount the tripod.
